Antenna is an artist group based in Kyoto. Their works invest various fields of art and design. Today the group includes five members: Hideyuki Tanaka, Hiroshi Oka, Keisuke Ichimura and Kikumi Furukawa. Antenna started in 2002, with Hideyuki Tanaka gathered a team to shoot a short movie ‘’Camille’’. The movie was screened the same year. During spring 2003, the group was reinforced through a collective exhibition called ‘’NG3’’ held at CASO (Contemporary Art Space Osaka), where the film was shown. In 2003, Yoshitaka Yazu joined Antenna, and the full length movie ‘’yu-en’’ project started. In 2004, they participated in the ‘’Gekidan Eisei No.5 Hase Bldg. Cockpit’’ event. Then the group produced two video clips for Raymond Team, a Rose Records band, which received great critics. Keisuke Ichimura joined in 2005, followed Kikumi Furukawa in 2006. Antenna recently did an exhibit with famous artist Kenji Yanobe, ”Let’s meet in the forest”.
